Behind double doors of well polished oak lay the Hall of Remembrance. The room is finely crafted and well cared for, though not typically visited on a daily basis. The walls are adorned with awards, banners, and tapestries depicting woodlanders victorious in battle. Across from the doors is a plain wooden podium, and on the walls behind it two tapestries display two warriors, one a mouse with a sword and the other a vole with a sheild. Laying open upon the smooth surface of the podium is the Book of Names, in which the names of the fallen of the fort have been listed since the founding. |
